Our Team

The NYKR team is led by experts with Professional Engineer (PE) licenses and doctoral degrees in Civil Engineering. The team also engages specialists holding Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM), Professional Transportation Planner (PTP), and Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE) certifications.
